How do you call this syntax in objective-c?

Hi,
When you define an interface you can use '<>' to support delegates
@interface RootViewController : UITableViewController
<UITableViewDelegate, UITableViewDataSource>
How do you call/pronounce this '<>' syntax in english?
I'm trying to find more details on it, but I don't know how to search for it ..
