?Controlling & Monitoring the progress from the site by ( Hours & Activities & Cost )
?Establish the time schedule of the project as well as the updating of the activities
?Formatting, report generation, listing & database management.
?Preparing all kinds of Analyses report for controlling and monitoring the progress and the production by different programs.
?Preparation & Controlling the site cost by different programs
?Estimate, collect and update all Construction Cost.
?Assist the Project Site manager in the development of the Construction Schedule, optimizing time and resource usage.
?Provide right information to the right people at the right time.
?Evaluate Construction Technical and Economical Performance.
?Analyze variance, and review trends/projections to identify potential delays.
?Continuously verify that :
- The production of Construction Drawings cover the Construction needs.
- The arrival of materials meets with erection schedule.
- The erection will be completed to match Commissioning requirements.
? Maintain coordination with the Head Office for the purpose of updating the Overall project Schedule
? Create and update the Progress, Budget and cash flow S-curves. (Planned/Actual).
? Preparing different Kind of analysis report by Hours and cost
? Establish, implement and update the invoicing System and the relevant invoicing Schedules for Client or Sub-Contractor
? Controlling the Extra Work With the Client -And All The Sub Contractor - By Hours & Cost
? Solving all kinds of problems associated with computer work.
